Returns policy 

Due to the delicate nature of shipping art, returns and exchanges are not offered on prints or original art due to a change of heart.

I take care to ensure all artwork is handled professionally during the printing and packing process however, should your package be damaged in transit, please take photos of the damaged packaging (and damaged art) and send them to mardi.cavana@gmail.com. I will contact you to resolve the issue.

Orders that I agree to return or exchange must be shipped back to me within 7 days of receipt, returned in the original condition and with a copy of your receipt. I cannot provide you a refund for artwork that is damaged in transit back to the studio due to poor packaging so please ensure you package the artwork appropriately. 

Shipping

Processing time after ordering is usually around 7 - 14 business days for prints as these are custom printed individually and 4 - 7 business days for original paintings. I will contact you if for any reason I am unable to meet these timeframes.

 

Colour accuracy

When selecting art please be aware that colours will vary between different computer monitors and device screens so there may be a slight variation between what you see online and the actual artwork.
