FAQs

The answers to some of my most commonly asked questions are here. If you have further questions feel free to reach out via my contact form.
  • How are your prints created?
  • Do you offer custom print sizes?
  • Do you ship internationally?
  • Do you take commissions?
  • Do you offer returns or exchanges?
  • I use an amazing scanner to create my prints. They take a high resolution scan of my original artwork that captures the texture of both the canvas and paint in incredible detail.

Scans are then printed onto a fine art paper using archival inks to ensure the original artwork is captured in all its glory!

  • Yes, I can create custom print sizes for open edition prints.

Please note that I can only create custom sizes that are smaller than the largest size listed for that artwork.

In some cases, if I still have the original artwork I can have the image rescanned to create a larger size than the original, but this will incur a larger cost.

  • Yes, I sure do. But you'll need to contact me for a quote on international shipping charges to your location. You can contact me via the form on the website here.

  • Yes, I am always open to commissions. If you have something in mind please get in contact and we can talk it through.

  • Due to the delicate nature of shipping art, returns and exchanges are not offered on prints or original art due to a change of heart.

I take care to ensure all artwork is handled professionally during the printing and packing process however, should your package be damaged in transit, please take photos of the damaged packaging (and damaged art) and send them to mardi.cavana@gmail.com. I will contact you to resolve the issue.

Orders that I agree to return or exchange must be shipped back to me within 7 days of receipt, returned in the original condition and with a copy of your receipt. I cannot provide you a refund for artwork that is damaged in transit back to the studio due to poor packaging so please ensure you package the artwork appropriately.
